I have been in the market for a new 2024 Prius for almost 3 months. Everywhere I would call told me the same thing , they are back ordered and recalled. I wasn’t going to find the car and if I did find it, I would pay a heavy mark up. On a day when I was putting out feelers I happened to call Mid City Toyota and speak to Sedrick. At the time he didn’t have a 2024 Prius LE (I was very specific in what I wanted) and I thanked him for his time. Two weeks later out of the blue Sedrick called me and let me know he had the car I wanted was coming in. He had remembered I called inquiring. He provided all the information I wanted about the vehicle and was super transparent, responsive, and helpful in getting and holding the car for me. I drove from San Francisco to Eureka for the car and it was completely worth it. The car was sold to me at a reasonable price, the entire process was easy, everyone was incredibly nice, and the transaction was efficient. Thank you so much Mid City Toyota! Great service and over the top attention to customer service. Had a catastrophic engine failure in our 2022 Tundra while on a camping trip from Colorado. The vehicle was towed to Mid-City and right away service advisor Colton Caudill got it in the shop. Not only did they diagnose the truck right away, they ordered all the parts and started work in less than a week. On top of that, they tried to find us a truck to use to resume our trip. Also provided pics of the progress of over 50 hours of labor. While we ended up having to delay our trip and go home to Leadville to wait, Jeremy (Service Mgr.) got us a new SUV rental to use during the repair work. We also were provided up to date details along the way and the work was completed before the initial estimated date. Also got to meet Brian Young, the tech who did the work. Thoroughly trust his work and after over 2,000 miles pulling our travel trailer, the truck is running like a top. Warranty covered everything, and they performed the recall work and 20K maint. on it too. At every turn, Mid-Cities went above and beyond and we are grateful. While we live over 1300 miles from Eureka, and will likely never be in the dealership again, they treated us as if we lived next door. Highly recommend these folks! Rocky- Leadville, CO
