I bought two vehicles from Longo in 2013/14 and they were great back then. I decided to get a new Tundra and made the drive down from Bakersfield because the local dealers had very very limited stock and the sales people made sure that you knew it. Right out of the gate the trucks were $1k to $3K cheaper than my local dealerships. I did the credit application on line for Longo so they had all of that when I got there. Shawn Castillo helped us and he was AMAZING. We had Shawn running through the different levels of new cars, searching databases, etc to get us exactly what we wanted. The one we decided on was being looked at by another salesperson/customer and Sean hustled to get the paperwork submitted and we got the truck. We got everything we wanted for pretty close what our goal was, so we left happy. From the time we arrived until the time we drove off with our new Tundra was just under three hours. Online help, to sales, cashier, finance everyone was helpful and made the experience so easy. If you’re looking for any Toyota I highly recommend Longo, their inventory is ridiculous compared to anywhere else. It was well worth the two hour drive for us. Also, Shawn Castillo was outstanding and didn’t mind the work.

Had an appointment for 9:15, arrived at 9 to be checked in, service involved 60,000 mile Toyota care plus which was tire rotation and oil change and the car check, estimated time for completion was 12. Was sent a link to monitor process and Joseph made the check in process smooth. Starbucks, subway to buy or free donuts were available as well as many places to sit and wait whether inside or outside . Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was wait time was doubled for what I normally wait for service to complete and the air caps on tires (I had custom caps Toyota logo) and of course one wasn’t put back on my tire. Other than those two complaints it was good service . Update: so the manager called me personally offering to replace the tire caps which was greatly appreciated also to clarify although the service did take 3 hours they did tell me the expected time and the car was ready exactly at 12 . Really appreciate the customer service I was give here and it great to see them trying to resolve my concerns . I’d come back to this dealership just in this fact alone !

Good service, they helped me in a very short time. I would like to especially note the good work of consultants Khatera Hassan, Laura Tan. they were very professional and businesslike. They very clearly explained all the features and terms of the loan. Thanks a lot.

Kyle Calara was my sales rep. And he was accommodating and straightforward. He was honest, and we completed the transaction fast and explained to me about my trade-in. My finance guy - Alex, was helpful and friendly. He explained to me the documents and my trade-in paperwork very professionally.

The last time I bought a car was 17 years ago, so naturally, I was a little nervous making a big purchase. Robert C was so patient and walked me through every possible option and NEVER made me feel pressured. In the end I got the exact car I wanted and felt like I was in very good hands. Truly loved my experience at Longo.
