HUGE shoutout to Brendan Beim our Product Specialist! He deserves more than 5 stars! We have been trying to build and order a 2024 GMC Yukon from our local dealership in Delaware since February and have been told they’re on hold for now. I reached out to GM directly to find out what is going on. She did not know of any such thing and pointed me in the direction of Fox Buick GMC in Michigan since they had exactly what I wanted. Received an email immediately from Artie the Customer Care Manager that someone would be in touch with me soon. Received a call from Brendan first thing Monday morning and he started the process for us purchasing our 2024 GMC Yukon. We chose text as communication. He was very thorough and thoughtful with asking questions, providing answers, taking pictures of our Yukon through the processes. Talked to Marcus in Finance and he took great care of getting all the details worked out for our financing. Received an email from Diana the Sales Manager to make sure we are getting everything answered. We made the trip from Delaware to Ohio to see family. Today IS the day we made the trip from Ohio to Michigan to meet all of these wonderful people we have emailed, texted, and called all week. The dealership is BEAUTIFUL! Every single person is so friendly! Lots of smiling faces! I honestly was so nervous at the beginning with dealing with a purchase way out of state, but Brendan made this the easiest purchase we have ever made! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone including the GM Colin! We could not be more pleased with our purchase and the process! We highly recommend Brendan and Fox Buick GMC! I LOVE my Yukon! Thank you, thank you, thank you Brendan and all of the staff we dealt with. You will certainly be at the top of our minds for a future purchase! Definitely worth the trip!

The days of waiting in the dealership got 4-6 hours to get a vehicle is OVER!!!!!! Let’s get into this Great experience with Hancess. I’ve been buying and leasing cars for almost 20 years now and I must say visiting a dealership is my least favorite thing to do. After months of being indecisive, I finally found the sales person I enjoyed working with and the vehicle I actually wanted to finance!! My husband test drove the vehicle ???? I reallyyyy wanted. Once he returned to the dealership we decided we’ll shop around. and just like that ???? the vehicle was sold to someone else within an hour. Hancess kept in touch with me that day and gave me other great options!! But my heart was set on one color now We went to two other dealerships to look for the color and style I reallyyyy wanted and another dealership told me it was only 3 left in Michigan but it was all the way in Flint ????. I gave up, went to another dealership since these things are selling like hot cakes!! While we were test driving a vehicle Hancess called me super excited to tell me she just got another one that was the exact car I wanted!! Mind you, she did alllll of this in less than 60 minutes. ????????????. I flewww back to Fox in Farmington to get my new car!!! But got caught in terrible traffic, seen accident on the freeway, but I kept in touch with her every step of the way. We made it just in time before the dealership closed and took care of business!!!!!!!! Hancess the gets 100000000000000/10 for professionalism, prompt, extremely detailed - I mean she’s knows this stuff like the back of her hand!! SHEESH!!!!!!! She was on fire and made this a very smooth experience for us!!!! She did not miss a beat!!! This is my first time owning a GM vehicle and I’m excited to be apart of the family!!!!! I would recommend Hancess Cooper to be your salesperson!!! She is phenomenal!!!! Thank you Hancess!!!! Oh! Let me not forget she surprised us by putting a bow on my car!! Out of all the vehicles we’ve purchased I never had anyone put the big RED BOW on my car!!! Talk about exciteddddd right!!!!!!!! Thank you soooo much!!

This is the second truck I’ve purchased from this location. I feel bad admitting that I shopped another local dealership. At the other dealership, I was met with ridiculous sales tactics, sales reps with uncomfortable motives etc. However, they would have been closer to my office, which created comfort knowing they were local. After my expectations were let down, I did what I should have done to begin with. I reached out to Mike Davis with Fox. I purchased my previous truck from him, and could not have been happier. He connected me with his new vehicle rep, Hancess. Between the two of them, and Heather in financing, I was in and out in under an hour. Mike set the deal up as I drove in. Hancess had the paperwork ready upon my arrival. And Heather made sure that I got everything perfect to finance, and protect my vehicle. They also ALL stayed beyond their required work shift to get me taken care of! Never once did I feel pressured. Never once was I uncomfortable. Instead, I was greeted with smiles and an amazing truck buying experience. The only way I can explain it, is to say “easy”. Not to mention, they worked with me to save $7,000 compared to my first visit with the different dealership. As someone who manages a company that understands the importance of customer service, I applaud this team for going above and beyond the expectations. This will forever by the dealership I buy from. And I’m hopeful that it will be with the exact same team of representatives!
