I had been through some bad luck with cars, and my son, who lives in Illinois, found my car for me. From the moment I expressed interest, Emaly Snover, my salesperson, was outstanding with my son during his test drive. He stated that it was a great car, and if I didn't want it, he might buy it. ? I took his expertise and purchased the car by completing all the paperwork online. So, easy! I finally got to meet Emaly in person! She is just as outstanding on the phone answering questions as she is in person! Greg was my finance person, and he was also super! We were long time customers of our Chevrolet dealer in our town but they recently closed permanently. We went to our next closest dealership which was Steve Schmitt in Highland. They won us over the very first visit with their customer service. The waiting area is very nice and the added bonus of having a private office area to use while waiting was perfect for me to get some work done while I waited. Highly recommend this dealership.
