Our service advisor Tom is absolutely amazing. No matter the issue with our vehicle he keeps us regularly informed and answers our questions without any impatience. In addition to that he is extremely friendly and personal. We really appreciate him and he makes our experience with the dealership overall happier! The waiting room is extremely comfortable with coffee, water, and snacks. There are tables and comfy chairs and plenty of outlets to plug in your phone, laptop, etc.
Jim Ellis was great. My service man, Tom Floystrop gave excellent service. He ordered me a ride share to get me back home before my work day started. He gave me a discount, repaired my recall part and sent a ride share to pick me up to come pick up my car. The service work only took about 4 hours to complete and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to everyone coming in for service.
Very seldom do I take the time to write a review but felt I had to share my wonderful experience with Sammy the sales manager and staff at Jim Ellis GMC Mall of Georgia. This was my second purchase from them. I traded in my Yukon for a Sierra 1500. Sammy was generous with his valuation of my trade and more than fair with the price of the truck.
