Although there was a brief wait due to the high volume of shoppers, Luis, our Sales Advisor, approached us with the utmost professionalism, friendliness, and an impressive level of knowledge. Luis took the time to inquire about our specific needs and exhibited remarkable patience, as my wife and I deliberated on our decision. It is worth noting that Luis extended a courteous and unhurried approach, even though our visit took place just one hour before the store's closing time. Following our interaction with Luis, we were directed to the finance advisor, Tony, who continued to uphold the same standards of professionalism that we had experienced with Luis.
