My Hummer was seriously sick needing major repairs, I would like say that Jay Buick GMC was the best decision made they repaired my vehicle along with providing me the customer videos of what repairs were required in advance to my mobile phone. I would like to especially give my 5 stars of experience of customer service to David because he has earned my trust!! He is very knowledgeable, courteous and he helped calm my anxiety upon bringing in my Hummer. David assured me everything would be alright with my repairs and kept me in the loop of all steps that took place!! Thank you David and Jay Buick GMC I wouldn't trust my vehicle again with anyone else but YOU!!

Our experience with Jay Buick GMC was a good one. Having done a fairly extensive search within a 50 mile radius of where we live and after visiting a few local dealerships, we found what we were after here. Jimmy, ours salesman, is a bright young guy who was easy to work with and even followed up a few times after the sale was complete. While the vehicle was preowned, it was detailed and presented pretty immaculately. The dealership prepped the vehicle pretty thoroughly both inside and out as well as under the hood. Again, while we weren't buying a new car, it felt like the vehicle we drove away with was pretty close. From our perspective, it seemed like the dealership takes pride in their business and what they sell. The whole experience was pretty painless, and while we certainly didn't feel rushed, each employee was attentive and mindful of our time. And unlike a dealership closer to our area, they didn't brag about sending us away with a full tank of gas. It was just something they did, which is something a classier place would do if one is spending thousands on a purchase. Overall, the experience was good, and given the right situation in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.
