I was Struggling to find a dealer that would give me a chance & approve me as this was my first time financing. Every other dealer i looked into either Denied me, Tried to scam me into overpaying for a garbage car, or wouldn’t even talk to me. Not only did Ryan do everything he could to work with my credit but found the perfect car for me and my price range. They cleaned up & serviced my car and made a 100k mile nissan look & run like New. Hi Hoin the last week

I looked at an Equinox, I called and got a price. I drove 1hr 20 minutes, got there at 7:20pm, was greeted by Eric the manager and salesman Kevin. The car was ready and was in perfect condition, we agreed on a price that night and since it was late a handshake was all that closed the deal. Friday I had to work but they offered to deliver car on Saturday. The car arrived on time and they installed new tires as part of the deal. Eric and Kevin went out of their way to make sure the car was perfect for my daughter. There was another person involved Marty Napleton who didn't have the car I was looking for but called Eric and asked him to help me with the sale at a different dealership. This by far was the best car buying experience I ever had. I look at Marty's or Eric's dealership for my next car. No hidden fees offered services. Gave me the price quoted and I can't say enough about Napleton Auto Group. They set a standard that will be tough to beat. Thanks again, Steve
