He explained all the services completed on my vehicle and thanked me for visiting. I will definitely be back to Don Franklin for my GMC service.

The Advisor I worked with was very helpful. My car was in and out for service in about 1 and a half hours. I had scheduled service at another dealership, but they refused to answer some questions I had about warranty coverage so I cancelled that appointment.
