2026 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

Shout out to Clifton Paige, salesman. I haven’t bought a brand new car since I was 18, too long to count. Deciding what I wanted wasn’t easy. My man Clifton put up with me for several days. He was patient and informative. And most of all, selfless. Turns out the vehicle and trim package was not at his location, Williamson Rd. He sent me to Paul and Brittany in Salem. They were great. But sending me there meant he lost the commission on the sale. He did that for me; so I could have what I wanted. Thank you, Clifton, for putting up with me and putting me (the customer) first. You sir are a stand up guy and I appreciate you. ?

I wanted to share a quick note of appreciation for the management team. Earlier today there was a situation that created some concern for us, especially since we are traveling very early tomorrow morning. What truly stood out was the way it was handled afterward. Jeremy and Don personally reached out, took the time to listen, and invited us back so they could check the vehicle themselves. Both stayed late to make sure everything was properly reviewed and that we felt comfortable moving forward with our trip. I really appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability shown by the leadership team. It made all the difference, and I’m grateful for the way they stepped in and took care of us.

I came looking for a Chevrolet Traverse - a blue one with All Wheel Drive. I found one on their website that I liked. That one was not available when I got there but there was a RS model with the features I wanted in blue! It was more expensive but I bought it. My salesperson, Jon Jones, was very helpful. He did an excellent job explaining the features of the car on the lot and helped me determine that it had all the features I wanted and a whole lot more. The purchase process was easy. His manager was very nice and respectful in his interaction with me. The finance manager was very knowledgeable with the financing process. The entire deal went very smoothly even though it was a Federal holiday. I received a follow-up call today from Jon who wanted to make sure I understood how to use the newer features. His sales manager has followed up a couple of times. They went out of their way to be helpful and nice to me.
