2026 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

Found the car/Rusty on a listing from Facebook marketplace and after “talking” back and forth over a couple days we agreed on a price that was a great deal on a great Armada. When we got to the dealership and drove the truck it needed a slight alignment. In 10 minutes they had it in the shop and 20 minutes later it was aligned. We drove 2.5 hours to see the car and it was worth it. Rusty was great. I recommend him for your next purchase.

So we were on a road trip from Illinois to Mississippi, we had a 2020 gmc 2500, with a 30 foot goose neck and another truck on the trailer. Long story short we made it 2 hours into our drive when a wheel almost fell off while on the highway. (Due to our dealship over righting the lugs) we called them and they immediately sprung into action. Doing everything in their power to save our trip. They ordered the parts and they didn’t come the next morning as they were supposed to, so Chris stayed and took the parts off of his truck allowing us to get back on the road and the night we called he stayed extra late so it was faster. Overall this is a massive thank you to the entire staff, you guys were super cool and you made a horrible situation the best it could have been, thank you guys so much you saved our trip
