He was warm, friendly, and very good at his job. I have avoided traditional car dealerships for a few years now because of how much I dislike the 'games' they play but I was very pleasantly surprised that there was none of that at Hubbard GM. I purchased a used BMW from them and the car was exactly as advertised. My son loves his new ride!
