2026 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

I found a few vehicles I liked on the Lupient website, used the contact form online and Rusty called within the hour to check in with me. We made plans to meet the next day. I live two hours away, so we started the purchase process before I got there! Rusty was awesome to work with! Super respectful, kind and he knew his stuff! I appreciate all the help I got and I love my new Cadillac!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I had been to two other dealerships where I was ignored. Michael was very personable, patient, and listened to my needs. He found me the car that met my needs and kept my payments comfortable. Everyone that I met throughout my visit were great.

Michael Dietrich is the best! He went above and beyond my expectations! We live 700 miles away from Lupient GMC. Michael went out of his way to answer any questions I had, even on his day off! He sent me photos and videos of the truck I was interested in. He provided me information on different vehicles when I couldn't make up my mind and did it without hesitation. Michael truly put me, the customer, first! Though it may be a few years from now, if Michael is still a car dealer, I will absolutely make that trip again to buy a vehicle from him! I will be sending anyone I know back in the cities to Michael if they are looking for a vehicle! Ryan with the finance department was awesome too!
