Calm and to the point. I told them what I wanted. They presented options without being pushy. Nice, easy, smooth transaction. Not hours of back and forth or "I need to check with the manager". This is our 3rd car from Faulkner. The experience has been consistent for over 12 years.

I appreciate the printed out summary of the work done because it shows how thorough the work was done, with pictures, etc. And I also like the fact that the Service Manager stopped by while I was waiting, to see what was being done on my car. However, I would like to have things that were done on my car, explained more in detail, since I am not a knowledgeable person in the mechanics of a car. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by the job done.
