Hello, I purchased your 2021 Certified Traverse on Tuesday evening. After looking and looking for a car that had everything this one does, with low miles and a good price this one popped up. I was surprised that you had priced it so low. I couldn't pass it up, after the initial test drive. My Salesman Mr. Lyons was very patient with me as I worked through the details and all while my kids were at the dealership. It isn't everyday that you meet a salesman that isn't pushy. He did not push me. He did not force to sway me into purchasing it. He did the opposite which was all the more reason, I felt comfortable buying it. I felt something off with my brakes. I had the car less than a month. I called service, and they were kind of enough to get me in. They realized my rotors needed changed. John and Nate, without hesitation took care of me. I was thankful the used car manager and service team handled free of charge and washed my car.
