2026 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

Wanted to stop and leave a review my experience was awesome! Once again Thank you Jeff L. You made this process so easy all over again!! I called on Thursday let Jeff know what I was looking for and where my pmt needed to be, within an hour we were setting it up for Saturday to go down and sign on the new RST, took all of 20 mins to do the paperwork, then Jeff showed us all the features that I didn’t have in the last truck and sent us on our way! A-1 service guys thanks again for making this so easy! I’ll see ya again in a couple of years!!

Smoothest sale ever. After going to 3 other dealerships we went to Banks for the first time. Chris our salesman was amazing no pressure took the time to show us what we wanted explained everything about the vehicles we test drove. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The best of the best we will never buy anywhere else!!

Car buying is not the most fun experience, but I had a timeline in mind for getting out of my ages and well loved vehicle and into something reliable and safe for my family, and Banks made that happen. Alex, in the sales department, was very easy to work with; pulling the three vehicles I wanted to test drive and answering my questions with an ease of expertise knowledge. The sales manager, Brennan, was also appreciated in giving me a trade in value that I wanted to make the deal possible. I wouldn’t have bought with Banks if that number wasn’t what it was. In finance, my questions were also answered well and that portion was smooth and carefully executed. I also got to meet Chris who congratulated me on my purchase and was welcoming. Very friendly team to ask for if you want a similar end result. I appreciate them all. Very pleased with my experience.
