I worked with Mark and Dan to purchase a 2026 Aluma 548 BT trailer. Mark was excellent at providing information via our initial email conversations. I shopped around and found pricing to be fair, they even offered to match pricing on any identical models if I found any within their sales area. They also remained patient with me as it took me longer to stop in to see the trailer than originally planned. The paperwork was quick and easy with Dan, and he did a great job answering any questions I had. He also made sure to go over all the features on the trailer with me, and helped to check all trailer lights were working before I hit the road. Trailer is fantastic, well built, super light and easy to move, exactly what I wanted and needed. Overall, great experience working with Kayser!
