2026 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

I gave them 5 stars because I have had so many bad experiences with salesmen/women in the past that I was very Leary to work with any of them. Coy and Vivian asked and answered questions through text messages and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. Vivian met me at the door when I got there yesterday. She was awesome. I was not overwhelmed by her presence. She told me the steps needed. She listened to me. Alicia in the finance department listened to my questions. She made me feel at home. She did her absolute best to get me the deal that fit me the best. Thank you very much to all of you at Edwards Chevrolet. It was well worth the drive!

I love the friendly environment! I bought a car from Hugo, who also sold my daughter a car a couple weeks prior! Hugo listened to everything I wanted in a car, and took time to give me options. I absolutely LOVE the selection and will definitely refer others!

Great experience from beginning to end. Omar in service was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns and educated me on what was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle was previously serviced at another certified GM dealership and the service i had received from them was a very bad experience. The other GM dealership service department knew what was wrong with my vehicle and never explained the severity of it and allowed me to drive away from the service department which then led to a lifter to collapse and ruined the camshaft (very expensive repair). Had I been educated by the other service department and be told what could happen if I were to drive it any further I would had not driven it and asked for a loaner and would have repaired it there. (I was informed by Omar that they would have never allowed me to leave with the vehicle once I explained why I took it to the other shop to have looked at in the first place) Christmas eve comes and I had to make a errand from Gretna to Council Bluffs and thats when the vehicle broke down along I-80. I had it towed to Edwards and since it was the Holiday they were closed but tow truck driver delivered it the next day they were open. Omar called first thing in the morning saying they received it and the great process began. Everything was laid out and explained well. The repair was made and the vehicle runs perfectly with no issues the mechanic did awsome work as well as Omar. Great experience!! I will definitely be taking my vehicle to Edwards from now and and will purchase my next vehicle through them as well. Thank you Omar and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. You have 2 happy returning customers!!
