So we just moved to the area and were in the market for a new truck. So thankful the dealership takes walk-ins! I was greeted promptly outside by a young man who took me in to the service reception area where I was introduced to Nathan. (I love the bold name signs at the desks/kiosks!) Nathan was professional, friendly, courteous, and thorough. Exceptional customer service experience!!! My vehicle was serviced in a timely fashion and a maintenance plan was reviewed and scheduled for future to keep me on track. Also, the cost quote for the future service came in lower than a previous quote by a different business. Much appreciated as every dollar counts. 5-star experience!
There was an advisor waiting for me when I pulled in. Info was gathered and keys handed over in a super quick and efficient exchange. I brought work to do while I waited and found the waiting area comfortable, warm, and inviting. The Free WiFi was a bonus! The best part, my truck was ready for me within 30 minutes. The advisor walked up to me to let me know, which felt personal and made me feel like part of the Kendall family. The car wash was down but I received a coupon for a free car wash at a later date. I'm so happy that I found Kendall Chevrolet and would never buy from another dealership again.
