2026 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

Was able to get me in for an emergency replacement of a flat tire. They had tires in stock and were able to get the tires fixed and on that morning. Staff was polite, accommodating, and customer driven. Price was also very good. Received 3 stars because they said they rotated my tires, putting new tires on front. They did not do this. UPDATE - CHANGED TO 5 STARS. The service manager called and explained why rotation not done. Was for safety reasons. Because of the call I have changed my rating.

Would have appreciated to know if they were running behind. Wouldn’t have been a problem, if I was not waiting for the vehicle. Oil change service took over 1 hour. It would also be nice to get a copy of the inspection points.

Let me preface this with me being from Houston, TX. With that being said, if you are in the market for a vehicle go ask for Igor. He’s the reason I give this 5 stars. I searched prices nationwide, and Igor assisted me in purchasing a car from over 1300 miles away, and he helped me work a deal I was more than pleased with while making the entire process seamless and easy for me. On top of that, he was great to deal with and gave me a sense of honesty and friendliness you don’t see too often in strangers anymore.
