2026 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming. I had scheduled my test drive, and had a 4 hour drive to get there, as I live down south. Ray Ludt (The sales representative I had spoke with) met me and my dad at the door so we didn’t have to ask for help. The test drive, negotiation and deal went very smooth and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to make a decision. Ray is clearly a veteran at his job and quite the expert. He made you feel welcome and comfortable, while also making sure you are well informed on all the options the truck came with and how to utilize them. The finance specialist, David Vantell was very patient, and explained in extreme detail every aspect of all of the warranty options, including manufacturer warranties that was already included, as well as the entire finance side. He even sent my loan to another bank while we were in the middle of doing the paperwork, just for the opportunity to get me an even lower interest rate. He took the time to highlight the things that truly mattered on my paperwork so I could find them quickly later if needed and wrote the expiration dates for my warranties to make it easier for me to know when they would expire. He invited me to ask any questions I had multiple times throughout this process to make sure I fully understood everything. I felt very well informed when I left. The salesman asked me to text him when I made it home, just to be sure that I made it safely. It was a very long drive. When I did so, he took the time to inquire how the drive went and reminded me of my warranties and how long/mileage they are good for. I simply felt well taken care of, and that the staff genuinely cared about my well-being, as well as the satisfaction with my new purchase. I would absolutely purchase my next vehicle from here again, and I would send all of my friends there too, because it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Over the years I’ve made a lot of purchases and I’ve never been this well taken care of.
