2026 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

I had the most wonderful experience with the Sommer's family, especially Troy Royse. I would highly recommend Troy! He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he then identified two that he thought would meet my needs. When I met him at the dealership several days later, the cars were ready for our test drive. Troy spent several hours with me that afternoon walking through all of the details of the vehicles. He was patient, and encouraged me to ask all of my questions before making any decisions. Best yet, I felt absolutely no pressure to make a purchase decision! Troy's words and actions made it clear that he was not motivated by a sale; instead he was looking out for me and motivated by making sure he put me in the right vehicle for me. A week later, I drove off in my new Buick, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. For the first time in my life, I actually enjoyed the car purchase process. Rod knew exactly what I wanted, i got a beautiful vehicle and he took plenty of time to show me how everything worked and made sure my phone was sinced and my settings were all set. Great experience!
