Amy Clark took care of us from the time I called her until the time the vehicle was purchased. We had to drive 2hrs & she was outstanding. We didn't want to miss out on the 2021 Yukon Denali that we wanted @ a great price. So we came @ 9am even though we knew that she had another 9am. We double booked her & she handled & juggled us like a pro. My new truck is absolutely beautiful. They gave me a VERY fair trade in price for my 2015 Cadillac Escalade. I mistakenly left my jacket in the back seat of my old vehicle & Amy put it in the mail asap & i had it in 2-3 days. That meant alot, esp since it was my now deceased dad old jacket. I would most definitely drive 2hrs again to Spitzer when I'm in the market for a new vehicle.
