2026 Buick Encore GX

I brought my Yukon to the dealership after a check engine light appeared when I was leaving for work Thursday morning. When I called to ask if I could come in without an appointment, the service writer said I could but they were very busy so it might take a while to look at. He wasn’t even sure they could get to it that day. Since I was close to needing an oil change, I asked they also perform that service. When I was done checking in, they gave me a ride home so I could go to work. To my surprise, the service writer called me at work about 90 minutes later and said they found the issue and had the part in stock and needed authorization to repair it. They’d already changed my oil and my vehicle would be ready after lunch. While I was waiting for my invoice I checked my GMC app for any coupons I might be able to use. I noticed in the GMC rewards I had $229 available. I wasn’t sure what I was able to use it on or how to redeem it. The cashier said the service department could help with it. Jeremy walked in the waiting area and told me I COULD use it for my repairs that day. He wrote down a few pieces of information and adjusted my invoice accordingly. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the service department has always been to my family. Reichard is a little further away, but the service I receive and the family feeling there makes the drive worthwhile.
