This was by far the best experience I’ve had buying a car from a big dealership. Ken was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me. I’m diabetic and when I was starting to droop he was great at finding me something to snack on so I could finish what I was doing. There was no pressure to do things I didn’t want or buy what I didn’t want. I came in with financing already and unlike other Chevy dealerships Nick wasn’t pushy about running it through them, he explained what he thought he could get and took my answer and moved on. Justin in finance was the best financial guy we have ever worked with. He explained every document with language that was easily understood. This was a 10 out of 10 buying experience for us.
