My husband and I wanted to trade in our Atlas for a pre-owned Tundra. We looked all over our state of PA and couldn’t find anything decent within our price range. My parents and brother saw this truck at Hertrich on their way home from the beach and immediately knew it was for us. James Carter helped me over the phone for an entire week, and then even spoke with the GSM, JoBeth, to hold it for us til we traveled down. We told them our budget and they willingly helped us get EXACTLY to our payments we needed. Everything was ready to go when we got down there, the truck drove like a dream, and the price was unbeatable. We are thrilled. Everyone there greeted us, and even told us good places to go while we were in Dover. The 3 hour drive was well worth it. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a well-maintained, pre-owned vehicle that isn’t marked up thousands of dollars and an honest dealership, which is hard to come by. I sold Toyotas before and that allows me to know when I’m being treated well. We are very grateful to have gotten a beautiful truck that has all the goodies we wanted!!

I went to 7 dealerships looking for a truck and none of them wanted to talk better numbers or they would waste time. Not these guys, best experience buying a vehicle yet.
