I purchased a vehicle from Chev of South Anchorage in November 2023 and worked with Chris Johnson. He was extremely helpful and even made it possible for me to have an independent inspection done on the vehicle before I purchased it. The entire process was pretty seamless and he was willing to go the extra mile to help me get the financing taken care of in a timely manner. A few months later he reached out and said that he thought they had a 2nd set of keys to my car and asked if I wanted to stop by and check. I did and he was correct, which saved me a couple hundred dollars in having a second set made. I would recommend working with Chris to anyone who is looking to purchase a good used vehicle.

The sales rep (Coley) was great to work with. She replied promptly to any requests, was very informative about the vehicle we were interested in. Explained everything and answered all our questions, which were many. Overall, made the whole experience low stress and pleasant. Her attention was much appreciated. The Chevy pickup so far is great. Mark, who did the official paperwork, also did a good job explaining things and making things go smoothly.
