2026 Chevrolet Trax LS

I contacted this dealer to inquire about a vehicle posted by my lender’s online vehicle finder. They had the car I wanted with low miles and a great price. I was prequalified by my lender and we hashed out all the details over the phone. I came in on a Monday, test drove the car and was out in an hour or two. They provided great service and everything went smoothly because of their friendly salespeople like Jayla. While I was there, I checked with their parts department for a hard to find part for my current vehicle. They went above and beyond to find the part, and to find a way to source it for me. Exceptional service all around. I will definitely look over their inventory for any future vehicle purchases, and their parts department has a new loyal customer. If I didn’t live so far away, they would probably become my one stop service dealer.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition May 2024 … it had 1 bad tire on it , so they agreed to put a brand new one on it until we could make it back to Mississippi (6 hour drive from them) and 2 weeks later the transmission went out. We had purchased an extended warranty with the expedition. The Warranty would not cover a brand new transmission, but would cover a used one with the same amount of miles on it. We didn’t want that, we wanted an eternity fix. We of course were going to be out of pocket because they would only pay up to a certain amount , the warranty place was giving us the run around BUT once we contacted Jerry at Buster Miles - he got his rep on our claim. Yesterday we picked our expedition up and Jerry called, said to email him the paperwork & our out of pocket cost… they are reimbursing us! Thank you Buster Miles for a good experience all the way from Mississippi!!
