I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my Lexus NX200t from Chevrolet Watsonville, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My Chevy Colorado broke down just a couple weeks before my move to North Carolina. I didn’t have much for a credit score and thought I was out of luck. I had my truck towed to Chevy Watsonville in hopes the repair wouldn’t be too much but it needed a whole new engine. Somehow they were able to offer me a sizeable down payment towards another vehicle, but I was certain I wouldn’t be approved for a loan. My only requirement for the new vehicle was to have a tow package that could tow my trailer for the move. Not only did I get approved for the loan with terrible credit, but I also was able to have them install a complimentary tow package that they originally said the vehicle included (I realized it was missing the tow hitch as soon as I got home with my new vehicle). I’m incredibly impressed with their customer service and all the help they gave to resolve my issues. I’m back on track for my move to NC when I thought I’d surely be stuck here for another 6 months having to save up for a new car. Huge thanks to Daniel and Ulises from the sales department, and the hard working associates in the service department to get my tow package installed in one day. Thanks a ton everyone, you made my stress disappear and I’m looking forward to my move with my 2020 Chevy Traverse!
