Entire staff is very professional and courteous. We bought a new Cadillac Lyric from Louis, this was our first electric vehicle purchase so we had a lot of questions and concerns, Louis took his time and explained everything in detail. Several days after the purchase we had a couple of questions and Louis responded to our text and phone calls immediately…… unlike other dealerships in our area, Five Star Chevy customer service is second to none, and the vehicle pricing was very competitive and in line with the other dealers we checked with, if you go to Five Star Chevy serious about buying a vehicle, they will do their part to make sure you get the best deal possible.

All of the Five Star team was great to deal with. Our sales rep, Amanda Cline, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the entire shopping and buying process pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a GM vehicle to go to Five Star.
