Wayne as the GM for Gem City Motors treated me with respect. The deal we discussed created a win/win scenario. The car took a couple of months to arrive, and he kept me in the loop and was responsive to information updates. When I arrived to pick up the car, the experience and human touch continued with his entire team. He even enabled me to be able to wrap the car and protect the paint in the shade before the 600 mile journey back home. This was a great experience from start to finish.
