Great service was provided! Andres along with others at the dealership provided excellent service and were very accommodating. We couldn't stop by to see the vehicle so they brought it to our house and when we purchased, they were also able to deliver the vehicle and contract directly to our home. Super convenient and very happy with our Lyric so far!

I’ve only dealt with dealerships a handful of times (Kia, Buick, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus) but my experience with Bravo Cadillac has been by far the easiest and least stressful of them all. John Brooks has exceptional customer service and is the best sales professional I’ve met over the years. If you’re going to Bravo Cadillac, I would definitely look into John Brooks assisting you. All the sales professionals and office admin staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I cannot express how satisfying our shopping experience was. Having dealt with other luxury dealerships in the past, Bravo Cadillac comes out on top for their friendly and efficient service. I came in hoping to see offers on a ‘24 LYRIQ to see if it was feasible in my budget and 2 days later I left with a LYRIQ Sport 1. I was uncertain it could happen from the start but Mr. Brooks worked with me to get me to the numbers I wanted to be at and I left a very happy customer. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking for John Brooks.
