I have had very negative experiences with dealerships from them refusing to return my keys on my trade in and almost having to call the police when a deal did not work out, to not even being acknowledged. But at Malcom Cunningham they made me feel at home. When I arrived the Truck was upfront detailed to show room ready and even came with a few extras that weren’t even listed! Rodney Harrell was the perfect sales rep he wasn’t pushy gave it to you straight, he was super responsive to any questions I had before even seeing the vehicle! If he didn’t have a answer he would make sure to find it or bring on the sales manger Adrian. They made you feel like family, and worked with you to give you the best deal possible! Even following up and making sure you still love the purchase that you made. And making sure that all the recalls were taken care of before you left the lot. I will forever do business with them and refer them to others looking for the next perfect vehicle. David Ferguson greeted us with so much respect and genuineness! He got to understand the reason we came in foremost which was to lower our current car payment. He helped us decide accordingly. He is the most courteous and respectful young man I’ve met in a long time. We appreciate him and who he is at the core. We had no idea he was a new sales rep until I asked how long he worked there. He looked seasoned and trained well! I realized then that you can’t train what he had because he was just a very respectful good guy who understood customer service skills which is 99% of sales and referrals in my opinion. I wish I could give David more than 5 stars somehow. He changed my mind about good sales people and gave me hope again in people.

What a wonderful experience we have had here at Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet. Everyone is nice and helpful. Rodney, Rich and Andrew are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Rodney is amazing! He went above and beyond in helping us purchase our new 2024 EV Blazer. Rodney answered all of our questions and took care of us. He treated us like family.
