Doug and Grant went above and beyond getting us into a new car. They didn’t give up even when it seemed like every car we liked ended up being on a different lot or was in shop for a recall. Alex Cox, Jonathan Bay, Mike Gray and the team at the Centralia location do NOT disappoint. They made sure our process was easy, streamlined and stress-free from start to finish. Being an hour and a half away was not an obstacle thanks to the team and we were taken care of like family. We have bought a few cars from the Jim Butler organization now and refer many friends and family and will continue to do so.

Everybody was nice and very helpful. Ken, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable, polite and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I can't complain and when I'm ready to buy my Silverado I will definitely be asking for him by name.
