2026 Chevrolet Trax 1RS

Really nice group of guys in the service department. We still have an issue but they are working on it. They gave me a loaner because it was going to take a while. They didn't think so but I knew it would. The worst thing was apparently the loaner had a bucket of air freshener spilled in it somewhere because you couldn't ride in it without all the windows down. You could smell it outside 10 feet away. I had to go out of town so I just let them have it back early.

Found a truck on Autotrader and contacted the dealer - talked with Brad Duncan about everything. I drove up from Charlotte and he was an absolute pleasure and got me totally taken care of. What a great experience. Finance guy was great as well. Was a great experience all around buying a new car from these guys!!! Would highly recommend!!

Brad was a gentleman and a super salesman. Very professional and down to earth young man. Great working with him.
