Since we are new to the Crosby area we didn’t know much about Turner Chevrolet. They have treated us like family and have now bought two vehicles from them. Everyone is friendly and answered all of my questions. Great dealership to business with.

As a lifetime Chevrolet owner and family members running a Chevrolet service dept at dealership for literally decades., of course I’m accustomed to excellent top notch service beyond compare. I ALWAYS drive to Lafayette La just for an oil change. Yes 3 hrs drive one way for an oil change as well as any and all service. Because you “kneaux” that when you leave, you kneaux the job was done right the first time. Getting older and don’t wanna drive so far from Atascocita. Robbins Chevrolet is a HUGE disappointment. Coming out to Turner Chevrolet was the best move. Very professional Courteous, very personable, and very attentive to your concerns and issues. Meeting Jaylen and service manager Daniel Mejia and other service advisors, it quickly became apparent that this is a family own and operated business that takes care of your vehicle as though it were their own. I generally drive one way 3 hours to Lafayette La for even an oil change. David, the service manager was very welcoming and a pleasure to do business with. Clay Welfl went beyond my expectations and assisted me in a professional yet personable way that made me very comfortable with Turner Chevrolet. Everyone was professional and nice. When I initially brought my truck in and described the issue, the service guy knew immediately what the issue was.
