I was very impressed with my experience at Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas! Carlos was very kind and easy to work with, and he worked hard to get me the exact vehicle I desired without going over my budget. He even drove three hours each way to bring it back to the dealership, and then personally delivered my Traverse to me in Sherman over an hour away. Sergio was excellent and very polite. He went the extra mile to make sure that I got all discounts available. He was very patient. We finished sale 2 hours after closing and he was still willing to stay longer to explain vehicle. I noticed a defect and service got involved in less than 5 minutes and part ordered 10 minutes later. I will be sending referrals.
