2026 Chevrolet Trax 1RS

Thank you five star for my brand new baby. From the time I arrived we were greeted and treated very well. Goodman meet us at the car and we took a test drive. He was not pushy and that was big to me. I was completely sold at this point. Goodman worked with finance to get the price just right. I mean he worked and negotiated for me. He made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process keeping us updated on the financial side of things. Drove away with the Equinox I wanted at the price I wanted. Will definitely be back when we are ready to upgrade our pickup truck. Thank you so much Goodman! No wonder you have the nice corner office with several trophies ????.

OMG!!!! I was traveling home with my family in tow and my truck starts dinging and wheezing and all other noises you don't want to hear. There I was. Stuck 400 miles from home and not sure what to do. Google searched Chevy dealers and Five Star was most rated and I see why. I called, he arranged a wrecker to come get me, even the tow truck driver understood the stress i was under.... Dan is AMAZING. The staff was helpful...I was in tears... and he made me laugh to ease the stress... he was VERY knowledgeable about the warranty and what it covered and THANK HEAVENS it was. ALL OF IT. They fixed it. And got me on my way. I am FOREVER indebted to him. He made what felt like the most devastating ???? moment of my vacation seem like a regular Thursday. I love Travis! He is always so courteous and very willing to help, with even the smallest detail, concerning my Service … and that really means a lot. Brittany in Service is great too! She is always so cheerful, courteous and friendly. She helped me reschedule to the next appointment time when I got held up in traffic. I give 5 Star Chevrolet Service Dept. 6 stars!
