How could I possibly sum up my amazing experience with Bobby at Patriot Chevrolet in Bartlesville? This man has gone above and beyond for my family and me. He has answered every question and concern with positivity and never once made us feel like we were children or inadequate. That was huge for us as we are in our early 30's and had dealt with being treated like less from other dealerships because of our age. The uncontrollable delay in getting our new-to-us vehicle was tedious and panic inducing to say the least, but Bobby never once let us fall victim to our worries and always made sure we knew what was going on the minute he knew! And let me tell you, between my husband and I, we kept poor Bobby busy with our texts and calls worried about Hurricane Helene affecting the transport of our vehicle. But she showed up in perfect condition and he let us know the second she pulled off the truck! This man even put us into a beautiful rental car while ours is being worked on and getting ready to come to her new home! Nothing like getting to the dealership 3 minutes before they closed and him still greeting us with a smile and the keys to the loaner! Lol. He even took time out of his busy day to take amazing pictures of our new car, so we have something to look at while we wait for the parts, and then she can officially be ours! I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle! Bobby has taken care of us from the very beginning, and we cannot wait to pick up our new car from him! Aaron was awesome to work with. He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and more! I would definitely do business with him again. The Sales Manager Chris was amazing as well. They seem to really care about finding exactly what you want and make sure you are well informed along the way.
