2026 Chevrolet Trax LT

Transmission went out on Wednesday afternoon Rick Ray had a new transmission in by Friday afternoon! Staff was kind and accommodating, even allowing me a 7 pm pick up, on a Friday! Overall really satisfied with the customer service and quick turn around time.

Mel was very helpful from the start, explaining how our extended warranty works, then following up with us. The Part had to be delivered, so he arranged for us to pick up the truck while we waited, and called us as soon as it was delivered to drop the truck off. There was a slight delay due to the Freon machine having an issue, but they got it fixed and we picked up the truck the next morning.

We had the pleasure of working with Ralph Dozal for our recent purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Ralph was extremely easy to work with and he answered all of our questions to our liking. Just an all around good guy who didn't pressure us in any way shape or form. I'd definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
