I finally found a dealership with a stress free environment. Other dealerships have salesmen that practice a pressured environment which turns me off from trusting any kind of deal they offer me. Nicholas Ely in the service department is so amazing, he’s thorough and efficient and explains things in a way I’d understand (not a car girl, gf!) he goes above and beyond and updated me anytime something happened with my car, and trust me I know my car caused headaches. Definitely ask for him if you need help!
I had thought that I knew what I wanted but after seeing inventory and talking to Chip I was able to adjust and trade-in and purchase my new vehicle. I went in with brand new 2018 Chevy Equinox I got from Chase with 40 miles off the lot in Dec 2018, and left with a new 2024 Chevy Blazer with 12 miles on it. Another Great Purchase and Experience!
