My wife and I were passing through Borger Texas on my way to Wyoming when my Allison transmission failed. The team at Webb made my problem their priority. I was totally impressed with the hospitality of Chris Webb the owner who let me use a car off the lot until they could locate the part. Angel the service manager located the part and prioritized getting me on the road. Both of these gentlemen communicated with me often and treated me great. Matt and Pete were awesome. Drove all the way from Fort Worth to do business with them and I would do it again. The automobile business is in a weird time with low inventory and market adjustments. One phone call with Matt and I was able to make a decision to drive 5 hours to work with them rather than the dealer 5 minutes from my house that wanted a 12k “market adjustment”.
