I was early for my appointment as usual, but as usual Jim was happy to take my car then as he had an empty bay available. Oil and filter change and maintenance check completed in 20 min. Great service.

My husband and I were first time buyers at Lash. All staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. Nate was a new addition to the Lash team and did a professional job as a new salesman. If he did not know the answers to our questions he did not hesitate to ask Bill for assistance. We felt Lash was very fair in their pricing and competitive in their car selection. Lash is a great dealership with a home town feel. We will definitely "deal" with them again when the time comes. A side note: Our purchase was made after Thanksgiving. We have since received a Christmas card from Nate and a customer appreciation gift. Lash has definitely gone the extra mile to thank us for our business.
