The used car-truck showroom is much like the new car area. The service department adjoins their pre-owned vehicle sales area. Of course, the sales staff show smiles, friendly, and ready to start conversations. The salespeople are open to negotiating. They make customers feel comfortable. After all, it's their job.
I placed an order online without having visited this dealership. When I called in to schedule installation, the staff was courteous and was ready to work with me to get me in as soon as possible. When I showed up, Ms. Powell who was working in the service center greeted me with a dazzling smile and professional confidence. She got me checked in, offered me a ride to the surrounding area in case I didn't want to wait while the service was performed. I chose to wait. The customer lounge was clean and I was offered a bottle of water while I waited. Despite being busy, they had my truck finished in about an hour. Ms. Powell came and got me. Thanked me for my patronage and sent me on my way. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you team Keller!
