I came into the dealership knowing my price range budget and what I ultimately needed in a suv to fit our special new additions to our family. John was able to find the PERFECT MATCH. He is very kind, knowledgable, patient. Having newborn twins in a dealership was quite the challenge in and within itself. I had to step away multiple times for feedings/ changes and he was extremely understanding and sympathized.
