I had a very positive experience with this dealership. I am a Corvette guy, and their Corvette guy, Emilio Gonzalez, was great to work with. I traded my C6 ZR1, for a C8 HTC. I highly recommend Emilio, and if you are looking for a Corvette, he's the guy to go to!!

I bought a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer out of Alice, Texas and hand a problem with the charging dock. I had to drive all the way back to Alice to get it fixed and the next day it burned out again. I took it to two other dealerships in San Antonio and they could not fix the problem either. GM was also playing around with trying to get the part and saying it was discontinued etc. I finally took it over to Northside Chevrolet with Max and again, GM was blaming everyone else but themselves for this problem. Max was cool about it all and always gave me an update on the part and when it would arrive. After 3 months Max called to let me know that the part was in his shop. Two days later my car was fixed and I have not had a problem with it. Thank you to Max and Northside Chevrolet for being professional and finally fixing the problem!

A year or so ago, I had a bad experience and wrote a bad review. To be fair, I should write a good review when warranted. Chris did a great job keeping me up to date and advocating on my behalf with the warranty company (which wasn't so good). The service department was much better this time around...Good job!
