What has kept it going is the expertise and guidance of service team intake members and the performance of the mechanics. I have been treated with respect from the moment I drive the car into the garage right through the check out process. I appreciate their focus on what needs to be done. Fortunately the attention to the vehicle has primarily been for the various recommended mileage services. When a more immediate repair was needed, it was taken care of in a prompt manner.

The entire process was smooth and pain-free. I traded in my 2016 Subaru Legacy 3.6R and received a reasonable price offer. In the end, I drove away with my beautiful 440i with a big smile on my face.
