I had a great 1st time purchase experience here. I was referred by a friend to see Bob Masse at Masse Chevy because if anyone was going to get me in a new truck at something I could afford, it was Masse Chevy. Bobby talked to me over the phone, he worked with me on a vehicle I liked, and he was able to get the numbers to work for me. I came in, I drove the vehicle, I then worked with his salesman Aaron, and we put the deal together. Easy peasy. What I liked the most is I wasn’t lied to, the numbers never changed, and I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. From start to finish this buying experience was great. I look forward to being a potential repeat customer when this lease is up.
