My experience at the dealership was beyond exceptional and professional. From the time I walked in til I drove off with my NEW 2024 Chevy Equinox. I’ve bought cars in the past but this car buying experience was by far one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. My salesman was Mr. Kean Williams, he’s so knowledgeable, professional and easygoing. He has a calmness about himself. I love it, I’ll be back soon to buy again.

After two visits to our hometown Chevrolet service center, we were told our Cadillac was repaired. My husband and I travelled to GA from NC three days later with our Cadillac only to have the same issues recur. We took our Cadillac to Vaden in a panic, not prepared for car troubles on vacation. Vaden took great care of us! They arranged for transportation back to Tybee Island and were amazing at communicating and keeping up updated our on vehicle. Ashley was wonderful and very knowledgeable. They were able to identify issues with my car that our hometown Chevrolet service center had never mentioned, even after having it for weeks! I definitely recommend them. Very satisfied!
