I have to take a moment to express my gratitude for German (Herman :) ) at Spitzer Chevy Amherst. German was very patient with me through this process and always had a yes to help. German didn't push to sell he allowed me the space to think it all over, which I truly appreciate. I didnt go with the intent to get a car now but when I got in this one I had to have. IT WAS EVERYTHING I WANTED PLUS.. Unfortunately that car was a bit much for me. Instead of trying to push me over my budget German called me to come in that after discussing with his manager he had a couple other options. What the heck I went back. Before even looking at the car I asked Andrew (Manager) would he put his wife in this car. He immediately said YES. German & Andrew asked me what do I want and i feel they truly listened & delivered!! I love my new SUV. THANK YOU GERMAN & ANDREW FOR YOUR TIME, PATIENCE AND MAKING THIS PROCESS HARD FOR ME TO PASS.
